How are "Pre-Order" items different from our "Made to Order" or "Customize" items?
Unlike our "Made to Order" or "Customize" items, Pre-Order pieces are very special and are typically offered only once per year for a limited time. These are incredibly labor-intensive items that require significant preparation and time to create.
We rely on specific conditions, including good outside weather, to ensure the quality and finish of these pieces. By batching these orders during a short pre-order window, we can efficiently manage the complex production process for everyone. This allows us to dedicate the necessary time and care to each piece, which wouldn't be feasible if offered year-round as a custom item.
We usually craft a few spare pieces that will become available for sale after the pre-order fulfillment. However, if you have your heart set on a specific piece, this pre-order period is your best chance to secure it!
What if I order other items along with my pre-order piece?
To minimize our environmental footprint and ensure efficient delivery, all items in your order, including any ready-to-ship pieces, will ship together once your pre-order item is complete. If you need other items sooner, please place a separate order with separate shipping for those pieces.
