Friday, September 26, 2025 - Affecting PO Boxes (Canada & US) and Rural Canadian Addresses

Effective immediately, we are temporarily unable to ship orders to any PO Box addresses (in both Canada and the US) and have limited options for certain rural/remote Canadian locations.

This is due to the full service disruption from the Canada Post strike, which affects their entire delivery network and their partnership with USPS for US PO Box delivery.

How to Proceed With Your Order:

• For all PO Box addresses (Canada & US): Please provide a physical street address at checkout to ensure your order can be processed.

• For rural/remote Canadian addresses: Shipping options may be limited or significantly more expensive than usual.

  • If your order qualifies for free shipping but we cannot find a reasonable alternative to Canada Post, we will contact you directly by email. We will offer you the choice to either pay a supplement for an alternate courier or have us hold your order safely until Canada Post service resumes.
