Our waistbands are designed without elastic, relying instead on the natural 35% stretch of our knit fabric for a secure, pinch-free fit that won't dig in.

  • The Stretch: A 16" waist stretches comfortably up to 21.5". To ensure they stay in place, we recommend choosing a size where the "unstretched" measurement is  smaller than your actual waist. So the fabric can stretch to stay on.

  • Child 14 vs. Adult XS/S: While these sizes share the same waist measurement, the Adult XS/S is cut with more generous proportions through the hips and thighs and features a longer inseam.
