A quick note on shipping costs: As a small, family-run business, we are unable to cover the costs of return or exchange shipping. Customers are responsible for all shipping fees (the original shipping to you, the return shipping back to us, and the shipping for any new items in an exchange, with the specific exception for exchanges noted below). Thank you for your understanding!
We happily accept returns or exchanges on new, unworn, and unwashed merchandise within 14 days of the delivery date. Please inspect your items upon arrival, before they are worn or washed.
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
Sale or clearance items
Custom orders (including "customize your own" listings)
Underwear, trunks, and training pants
Diaper covers and liners
Laundry care items (soap, patch kits, etc.)
Any item that has been worn or washed
Step 1: Contact Us First Please email us within the 14-day window to request a return authorization.
A Quick Note on Contacting Us: We promise we're not ignoring you! We reply to all inquiries within 2 business days. If you haven't heard from us, our spam filter might be working a little too well. Please send us a direct message on Instagram or Facebook.
Step 2: Ship Your Items Back Once your return is approved, we will create and email you a shipping label for you to print. This makes the process easy and ensures all customs paperwork is handled correctly.
Return & Exchange Shipping Costs:
For Returns: The cost of the return shipping label we provide will be deducted from your refund.
For Exchanges: To make it fair, you cover the cost of shipping the original item back to us. In return, we will cover the economy shipping cost to send your new item out to you. This courtesy applies only to items that are shipped back to us, not those dropped off locally.
Important Note (Canada Post Strike): Due to the current service disruption, we will use a reliable courier (like FedEx, UPS, etc.) to ensure your package arrives safely and is not delayed.
Your Part is Easy: Simply print the label we send you, securely package your item, and drop it off at the designated courier's nearest location.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to your original method of payment.
Please note, original shipping fees from your order are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund total, along with the return shipping cost.
If an order is returned to us by the carrier due to an incorrect address or multiple failed delivery attempts, we will treat it as a return.
For a Refund: We can refund the cost of your items, minus the original shipping fee and any return-to-sender fees charged by the carrier.
To Reship: We are happy to send the order out again. You will be responsible for the new shipping costs.
