Shipping & Delivery

Here’s everything you need to know about how we get our handmade goodies from our door to yours. We're a small, family-run business in North Saanich, BC, and we appreciate your support!

1. Order Processing Time

This is the time it takes for us to handcraft and prepare your order for shipment.

In-Stock Items: Usually ready to ship the next business day.
"Made-to-Order" & Custom Items: These pieces are handmade just for you! Please allow extra time for crafting. Current production times are posted on the listing.

Please note: Processing time does not include shipping time.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery

To be more environmentally friendly, we schedule carrier pickups twice per week. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is ready to go.

Shipping Within Canada & the US

FREE Economy Shipping on all orders over $200.
For orders under $200, shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
Upgrades for faster shipping are also available at checkout.

International Shipping We are happy to ship to a select number of countries! If you don't see your country as an option at checkout, please contact us and we'll see what we can do.

3. Free Local Pickup (North Saanich, BC)

Live in the neighbourhood? Skip the shipping and pick up your order for free from our home studio!

Select "Local Pickup" at checkout.
You will receive an email as soon as your order is ready.
This email will contain all the necessary instructions for a smooth and easy pickup.

4. For Our US / International Customers: Duties & Customs

No Surprise Fees at Your Door! To ensure a seamless delivery with no unexpected bills, all applicable duties are calculated and collected during checkout. The final price you see is the final price you pay.

CUSMA Benefits: The great news is that because our clothing is proudly handmade here in Canada, it qualifies as duty-free under the CUSMA trade agreement.
Exceptions: A few specific items (like our cozy socks and baby mitts) are an exception to this rule and will have a small duty charge, which will be clearly calculated and added to your total at checkout.
Customs Delays: While we can't control any delays at the border, we will always provide you with the best tracking available so you can keep an eye on your package.

The Fine Print

Carrier Timelines: Shipping estimates provided at checkout (e.g., "3-5 business days") are provided by the carriers. We cannot be held liable for any delays on their end once the package has left our hands.
A Note on Delays: We are a real family, running a real family business! We always do our best to ship your orders as quickly as possible. However, things like Canadian statutory holidays or unexpected family emergencies may cause minor delays. For any planned shipping interruptions (like a family vacation), we will post a prominent notice on our website's announcement bar.
